At Zapped Headwear, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If your new cap or beanie isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure your return is tracked and secure.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the headwear in its original packaging with all tags attached to ensure the items remain protected during transit.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
